this is getting close to the last "pile of stuff" to go onto the car.

There's the new Demon carb, installed and ready to rock. The fuel system is about half done at this point, and I hope to have it mostly done today. I ordered my panhard bar for the rear axle yesterday, so I can mock it up and see where I will have room to mount the fuel pump and filter.

Remember the battery relocation? More fallout from that. When I am done,
though, the wiring will all be nice and clean, and actually make sense.

Here is what 70% of the wiring in the rear of the car will look like. I
say 70%, because as you can see, the other side of the solenoid doesn't
have the starter cable on it. Will finish that up tomorrow. Also, I still
need to run the accessory hot wire from the switch to the front. The two
fuse holders are for stereo amplifier, and fuel pump, which will be
on a relay. All connections are soldered and shrinkwrapped. The wires
from the alternator are 4 gauge and the wire to the starter is 2 gauge
welding cable. The accessories will be run on 6 gauge if I can find it,
but if not, probably another run of 4 gauge. Heavy stuff, but I won't
ever have a problem.
